The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
Limited warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the product and covers manufacturing defects only or as stated in the applicable warranty card.
Free service (in-store labor charge) and parts replacements for the duration of the warranty period for one year from date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Terms & Conditions
In the rare case of a defective device, if an item is bought and returned within 1 week from the date of purchase, the item will be repaired or replaced within 24 hours.
If an item is bought and returned as defective after 1 week from the date of purchase, Benson & Company shall collect the item and send it to the respective Warranty Center. If the time frame for warranty exceeds 32 working days, the client will be provided with a new unit upon confirmation from the respective Warranty Center.
If the same unit is not available when replacing a unit, the client will be given an option to collect another variant of the same price or top up to get an upgrade. Under no circumstances will a refund be permitted.
What’s not Covered
Loss
Lost products, stolen products or voluntary parting with property.
Replacements
Product replacements, unless otherwise approved by Authorized Service Center.
Damages
Cosmetic damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks or other cosmetic damage.
Improper Use
Damage due to improper use, installation, operation, maintenance or power surges and fluctuations.
Power Damages
Warranty is void in the event that appropriate power protection devices are not used such as voltage stabilizer, surge protectors etc.
Unauthorized Repairs
Warranty will become void if any person or entity other than Authorized Service Center personnel carries out ANY repairs.
Consumables not Covered
Consumable items such as chargers, batteries, earphones, shaving machines, cables, etc. are not covered by warranty.
Other Damages
Damage due to acts of God, nature, liquid damage, heat damage, insect infestation, vermin infestation, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or commercial use.
Service Liability
In no event shall the liability of Authorized Service Center (ASC) under this warranty exceed the purchase price expended for the product.
Unauthorized Modifications
A product or part that has been modified, refurbished, reconditioned, or remanufactured in any manner. The forgoing shall include but not be limited to: (i) serial numbers, date tags or other manufacturer coding that has been removed, altered or obliterated; (ii) mismatched or duplicated serial numbers; or broken seals or other evidence of tampering.
